Material on this website is protected by copyright, which is owned by Mizu Backdrops. Users may view, print, and download the contents for personal use only. The contents must not be used for commercial purposes or incorporated in any publication in any form. The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the website (collectively, the Trade Marks) are the registered and unregistered trademarks of Mizu Backdrops and are protected by Indian trademark laws.

PAYMENT

We must receive full cleared payment for an order before we dispatch the goods. You can pay using any major credit or debit card. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit or debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment, we won’t be liable for any delay or non-delivery. All prices shown are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the goods ordered. We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment, or if there is a product or pricing error. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. No contract will be formed unless and until Mizu Backdrops accepts the buyer’s order. Acceptance will be deemed to have occurred when Mizu Backdrops sends a confirmatory email to the buyer, or if earlier Mizu Backdrops dispatches the goods. If we are unable to fulfill your order following our order acknowledgment, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this. Our cancellation and refund procedures are set out below.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be received no less than two working days before your start date or date of delivery. Cancellations may be made via email [email protected] shall be taken to include postponement of a booking to a different date and changing the type of program booked or the number of participants. No refunds will be made after goods have been delivered.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

We cannot accept any liability for inconvenience or loss whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. Delivery of backdrops can be split into different days. We specify the method and address for delivery when you make your order. You need to make sure that we have full and detailed instructions for your delivery address and that you must be available to accept the goods during our delivery times given. Risk of damage or loss of the goods passes to the buyer on delivery. If you do require any information regarding your order(s) please read the delivery information page of our website. This also details how you can contact us with queries. Often deliveries can arrive outside of the scheduled delivery times, due to circumstances out of our control. In these instances, at our discretion, we may waive the delivery fee. Once goods are accepted by the customer the sale is finalized and no refunds will be made.

REFUNDS

It is your responsibility to check the goods upon delivery and let us know immediately if there is anything wrong. You must inspect your package as soon as possible after you have received it and notify us promptly if you find any defects by calling or emailing us at +91 9952810454 or [email protected] If you do not let us know on the delivery day of any such problems you will be deemed to have accepted the package and we will not refund or replace any item. In the case of a late delivery, you must call or email [email protected] to inform us by 12 pm on your start date, at the latest, if you have not received your package. After this time you will be deemed to have received and accepted the package and we will not refund or replace any item.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

For Domestic Orders ( Inside India ) The delivery of the backdrop will be made within 2 to 4 working days after the order is placed.

For International Orders ( Outside India ) The delivery of the backdrop will be made within 5 to 8 working days after the order is placed.
